  • Remembrance

    On 9th November, we gathered together for an assembly in remembrance for those who have lost their life in the line of duty. 

    During this assembly we had a moment of silence to remember those we knew, or know of that have served in the war as well as all the women, men and animals that died while helping in the first World War a 100 years ago.

    After the assembly, the children planted poppies they made in class into a memorial area. Each poppy is to commemorate a fallen military personnel.

  • Open Days

    We are welcoming parents to come and visit Glascote Academy for an open day on the following:
    Monday 18th November 

    10:00am, 2:00pm & 5.00pm

     


    These open days give parents the opportunity to visit the school, meet staff and see what the learning environment is like. You will also find information regarding the admission to Reception in September 2019.
